Unhappy customer

I bought a Restonic bed at Russells Online on the 17th of July 2025.I got an sms that they will deliver on the 21/07/225.This morning at 10am I got a call from a delivery guy saying he will deliver in an hours time,I asked him to deliver for me after 5pm,he told me that they dont deliver after 3pm.I called Russells to request my refund because they only cater for unemployed customers.
