If I could give zero stars I would , I ordered a couch , I was told it would be delivered in 3 days , I got sms confirmation of this , they did not deliver . I then called and tried to get assistance but the person assisting me was not helpful at all , instead they delayed the entire process . I reached out and fixed things then I was told I’d receive the order the following week . I waited the entire week only to be told the order was canceled . I asked them for a refund and to this day I don’t have my refund !!! It’s been a Month!!! Everyone’s ***********. They don’t answer my calls anymore and have told my bank that they processed the refund when they have not ! I want my money back
