Service complaint

I made a laybye for a wardrobe December 2025 at Russells furniture White River (Mpumalanga) and the sales person didn't tell me that it's a self assemble. I only found out during delivery day. On Wednesday 9 September 2026 I went to the same branch to buy a bed which was supposed to be delivered today the 11th of September and I haven't received it yet. The driver is telling me that he will arrive at 11pm. I'm not happy again for the second time
