Russells City 4 Piece Lounge Suite, Brown Lounge Suit

I bought a lounge suit from Russell's in December 2025.

Shortly after the purchase, I encountered issues with the item and logged a return in February. Despite following the necessary procedures and waiting for the return process to be completed, I have yet to receive my item back or any updates regarding its status.

This delay is incredibly frustrating, and I expected better customer service from a reputable company.
