Russeles online pathetic

I bought a lounge set from Russel's online, 3 day after i made complaint that the sent was very bad quality and already starting to loose its shape, i have been back and forth with them since then, today they say they can only give me an exchange and not a refund, ridiculous, they want to exchange for the same bad quality couches and not a refund. this has been goin g on since my first complain on the 3rd July 2025. this is still after i sent them the CPA.
