Poor service

I purchased a bed from Bradlows, and they promised delivery on the 30th of December 2024. However, despite receiving multiple messages and an email stating that my order was successfully delivered, I have not received the bed. This is extremely frustrating as I was relying on the delivery as promised. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the confusion caused. I expect immediate clarification and prompt action to ensure my order is delivered as soon as possible. I would appreciate a swift resolution to this issue.
