Pathetic Service

Never in my life have I experienced such pathetic service!! I bought a bed from Russells North End in Port Elizabeth in January 2025 and had problems with the mattress it took them more than a month to replace it! Second mattress same problem, on the 29th of April I went into the store and paid extra for a believed to be "better mattress" only for them to deliver the exact same mattress on the 29th of May! And guess what I still don't have the mattress that I paid extra for. Constantly begging for service but getting nothing more than empty promises.
