PATHETIC, DISGUSTING, POOR SERVICE

My mother has bought couches from Bradlow’s Eldorado Park and in less than six months, they were showing defects. she reported the matter to the office 10000 times, and it was never collected or was assisted but just got some rude consultants since October.

Well , my mother is a pensioner and the way this has been handled is pathetic , poor and your consultants is just plainly rude.

She paid R18 000 for your leather couches which is two months is no longer leather!!!!!! YOUR QAULITY IS BAD !!!

Every time she goes to the store or call the store your employees gets rude. The couches are still under warranty and by the reviews I’m reading about your store, sjoee am I not even surprise because It seems asif you are selling second hand furniture to your customers AND WORSE NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER QUERIES

So , we want those couches replaced or you need to refund her , I will not sit back and see this store robbing my mother from what is due to her

And we not going to sit on floor aswell because of your poor furniture. Maybe you should just close the store

WE WANT THIS MATTER RESOLVED ASAP!!
