Not happy with the service

I bought a bed and a TV back in 2022 at Russell protea Glen, I bought the items on credit. First payment was deducted on 01/02/2023, the lady that assisted me was nice, patience and professional. She walked me thru the whole process since it was my first time applying for credit. I went back to Russell's after paying out my first account with them because I still wanted a couple of things and when I went back the original store move to Eyethu shopping centre and now the store was combined with Bradlows. I got assisted by a guy called Mzwakhe at Protea Glen. He was nice and really wanted me to open an account, I encountered a problem with my TV and wanted to know the procedure of getting a technician from the store to take a look at my TV since I bought there and I did not mind paying however he was not interested in assisting solely because I wasn't interested in opening an account anymore and I wanted help with one of the item that I bought at a store he is working on. I have been begging him to help but he is not interested at all, is this how Russell operates, are you guys good to us because you wanted us to open accounts after that you do not care about your customers?
