No delivery just postponements. No communication. Customer service. 5

I am writing this with utter disgust for Russells. It's been hard and impossible to deal with the store (Russells Sontonga Mall- Katlehong) and the customer services (+***).

I have been waiting for my delivery for days on end and I'm not getting the help I need. I'm being told about the stupid warehouse and it's people that cannot be reached. My delivery has been postponed several times and I've been lodging complaints, I'm not heard! Clearly I am not a VALUED customer , but I'd appreciate some decency and truths.

Since our world is going digital and the only thing that's taken seriously is social media platform, I can take it up that route, be it TikTok or Twitter /X , Hello Peter even!
