My house has become a Bradlows store room

I bought a headboard last year late, on arrival we noted that the headboard is damaged we reported instantly to the delivery guys and I called the head office to notify them. They said the guys must take the headboard back but that never happened, they then said they will do an exchange till today that has not been done. I've called several time sent videos but Noone seems to care nor take responsibility of the matter. I cannot utilize the headboard yet I'm paying for it... This is really not fair at all!!!
