Horrible service

If i could give them zero star i would the amount of incompitance is horrific, i bought a lounge suite cash firstly they advertise free delivery which is a lie secondly they delivered a week later and the lounge suites had issues they sent it back and said they will come on saturday instead of coming on saturday they send a message on friday saying my order was delivered i dont know which order because i have nothing from them. When i call the customer service they say the system is slow and they will get back to you till now nothing. I regret making a purchase there as it is now im sitting on the floor waiting for my lounge suite and no one can tell me when im getting it
