Horrible Customer experience

Worst customer service ever! I purchased a wardrobe at Bradlows Greenacres, the drawers started falling off 1 by 1 within 2 months of having it. I logged a complaint in December and they brought a replacement in January. The replacement came with drawer handles that were not even *****ing onto the doors and handles and it started having drawers falling off within 2 weeks of having it. I logged a complaint with the sales person on the 22nd of February and on the 23rd of March, after waiting patiently for a response from the supplier apparently, they still haven't responded with any solution. I went back to the store and spoke to a manager whom assured me that he will handle the situation but till today I am still without a wardrobe and also without a refund which I made clear that I want instesd of their falling robe which I basically couldn't use
