Failed Delivery without any update

I made a layby online, it was for 12 months but finished paying it within a month. I was promised that the delivery will be on the 14/6/2025 but it never happened, no update nothing. I wasted the whole day and still on the 17/6/2025 I emailed them, spoke to the call centre agents, logged my complaint but still the people responsible for the safe delivery of my goods have not even bothered to make contact with me. I have spend so much money already buying something I do not need because of a failed delivery of my bed. If I knew this would happen I would have never bothered making an online layby. I am beyond furious for no communication..
