Disgusting Service from Bradlows

I am so frustrated with Bradlows Chatsworth branch , I purchased 3 pc recliner set from Bradlows ,my delivery was supposed to be on 13/12/2024, they delivered at 8pm that night only for us to check that the set was a reject and the recliner was not locking ! Delivery guys took it back to the warehouse & ever since I have been fighting for delivery. I went into the branch & was advised I can cancel the sale and get a refund, is this how you treat your customers ? The manager at the Chatsworth store was on leave apparently & every day I phone his still on leave! Your employees are running a circus as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Yesterday 18/12/2024 a second delivery was done & this set was also damaged , the entire leather was ripped ! Do you guys not have a quality control to check products before sending them to customers? I phone the call center and they drop my call ,to date I have no resolution. What does it take to deliver what I Paid for ? Are you guys gona compensate me for the amount of airtime I spent calling your useless employees? Or you gona compensate me for sitting on campus chairs since you have the sofas I Paid for ??? Pathetic service
