Customer service Judgemental

Good day

During last week ,29th January I went to the bradlows at the Chatsworth center Durban and may I just say ,its the worst experience ever.

For starters , as tou entered, if tou not greeted and questions by a rude Indian lady ,then you will be looked at rude staff members.

I entered the store spoke to a Indian elderly lady ,very talkative, I was asking her questions about some stuff I bought from the Johannesburg branch ,Initially she cuts me off and telling me that she wont be able to help as they work on a sales code or some sort off, so I said im only asking questions about something , I even ask her must I go to Johannesburg to ask questions. I just left the conversation and walked to the back and ask another fellow consultant.

Then I was browsing around the store for some time , also met a family friend there and we were looking around .

All the staff were having such a ball of a time talking loudly at the front of the store and literally gossiping about sales. I did over hear my questions came up in there conversation which I felt really embarrassed and hurt about as the conversation was about me.

This is not customer service, this is really bad.i hope the manager who ever that person is rectify this ASAP. This is not how a furniture or any retail store should be run.
