⚠️ Consumer Warning – Russells False Advertising ⚠️

Please be aware: Russells is advertising a lounge suite online at a big special price. Nowhere does it say “online purchases only.”

I went to the Krugersdorp store to view the lounge suite and decided to purchase it. After waiting for an hour, I was told the special price is only available online.

When I tried to buy it online, the website gave an error message: “Sorry, we do not deliver in your area.” This made it impossible to complete the purchase.

In-store, the very same lounge suite was R7,000 more expensive. One price online, another in-store — but with the online option blocked by a delivery error, customers are forced to pay the higher in-store price.
