Complaint Regarding warranty claim and poor customer services

I am deeply disappointed with Bradlows in Mitchell’ Plain promenade. I brought a Tv online at Bradlows last year July. The Tv had issues, I went to the store in promenade which is close to where I stay, the sales agent were so rude saying why did I buy the Tv online and no one wanted to assist. Finally I got assisted they said the supplier will come and pick up the Tv and fix it since it is still under warranty. That was the 15 August 2026. I followed up today 14 September 2026. The Tv is still at the store and the supplier was not notified. I am sorry angry that they wasted my time and were so rude to me. I will never buy from them again .
