Complaint bradlows

The customer service sucks when u bring in a complaint, I bought caoches at Bradlows hartswater when I brought the complain the manager showed me some bad attitude, and she logged a complaint only for one caoch but claimed she reported all caoches when the warehouse guys come they showed me paper work that she only reported one caoch. I went back to her she again showed me attitude and said I must wait for the warehouse to bring the one caoch they took. I'm not happy with the customer service, when we buy the managers are friendly but when we bring our complaints we are not shown the same energy
