Broken bed base!!

I am so upset, I bought a bed specifically the cozy nights 3/4 bed, my bed got delivered today and the delivery crew was celotaping the bed outside and I thought it was just for the packaging, the delivery guy took pictures of the bed before he left and I left the bed still in state he found it, after they left I realized that the base is broken in half, this is uncalled for, I paid hardworking for a broken bed, I tried calling the customer service but the lines are closed and I sent an email and I tried calling the delivery driver on the number I was called on but no response, I want my bed replaced now or will take this further because this is going against the consumer protection act. Please get it touch me ASAP!!!
