Bradlows shame on you

I bought a fridge online and i experienced problems with it , a technician was sent and declared the fridge as faulty and Hisense gave me a credit meaning i must receive a new fridge. The credit note was sent to me and its been over a month now still have not gotten a new fridge, I am being sent from piller to post. All of a sudden Bradlows cannot exchange the fridge for me, I am tired and I call them everyday, I am losing money because of this! Bradlows is *** . Please don’t buy from them especially online!

My issue is still not solved, the old leaking fridge is still here and I am not getting any help
