Bradlows Lay-by is a ****

I took out a lay-by online for a bed with Bradlows. Made a payment of R1 500 on 2025-12-17 using the payment link provided on their WhatsApp portal that I accessed through the website. On the web, the sales order number is Order # *** and that’s what I used as reference together with my ID number ***. A few days later I receive an SMS statement with a payment link, clicked on it and lo and behold, it still reflects the full outstanding amount with a completely different order number ***4. I then logged a complaint on the Bradlows website and received a reply from Matebogo from Russels who asked that I send the proof of payment, which I did but to this day no one can tell me what happened to the R1500. I sent follow up emails to Matebogo The Ghost (no surname on her signature) but my emails go unanswered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
