Bad customer service

Bradlows managers are very friendly when u are purchasing goods, but once u bring a complaint the give u bad attitude. I bought couches from Bradlows hartswater and that Bradlows was closed and everything was taken to Russell and the manager is also working at Russell. When I brought a complaint to her about couches she showed me bad attitude, and when I log a complain about the couches she only reported one couch. I'm disappointed on this kind of customer service
