I bought a temble dr...
I bought a temble dryer and they delivered the wrong machine, now I asked for the right machine but it's been over a week and they haven't delivered anything, they are very slow in processing my stuff.

Refund on lay-by
I went to do a couch lay-by, then unfortunately I can’t keep the lay-by because I haven’t been paid for months and I need the money for something else, so I went there to ask for a refund and they refused me one. The service was poor too, very aggressive,

Terrible service
If i could give them a minus ten i would. I bought a fridge from them. When delivered i noticed it was not excactly what i asked foe. I then let the sales lady know but since it fitted in the space i was okay with keeping it. 3 days in the fridge started forming isce as if it was an old fridge...i contacted them with resolution or any feedback. I had to report the store to consumer protection. TERRIBLE PLACE!
