No feed back but handed over??

Emailed them about my dear parents account several times and they simple ignored the mails. They answered the first mail and everyone to the exact same email address after that was ignored.

My parents, aged 80 and 74 got notification that they are handed over now.

Simple unacceptable, I would not recommend them at all
