Utter disappointment

Utter disappointment can’t do accounts and not worried if your child has their textbooks and stationery my child only received some of his tex books and the principal (what a wonderful woman) went a bought his stationery which I paid the school R2k for. They are worried if my child comes to school in complete uniform which but WILL NOT sell me the jacket only as I told them my child will not be attending the school next year only to be told by the owner then I must take my child out now………….WOW what a way to speak to someone the is paying towards your salary…………..They never send me a statement (knowing as per the court system his father is to pay half the school fees directly to the school) only to be called on a Sunday evening after 17:00 by the owner (who handles the account) that my child is suspended and is not allowed at school the next morning…………business well-handled when you are not sending statements out…….. a statement that was sent to me I had to redo as the accountant of the school can’t split an account………… and then received an email in this week the account is in a R250.00 arrears to get another email sorry the account is up to date. The owner has no manner of speaking to the parent of the child which is shocking if you have business
