Accident Damage

I bought a Bmw R1200Gsa adventure 2011 from Brad James in February 2015,i asked Brad if this motorcycle had any accident damage where he said no,the motorcycle was his own.Now in November 2015 after i want to sell the bike only to find out my motorad that it is a accident damage motorcycle.It is still a code 2 but Brad **** to me,I tried several times contacting Brad but he refuses to take any of my calls.This is not a person i would suggest to anyone as he is just out to make a quick buck but will not sort out youre problems.He buys accident damage motorcycles but does not tell his clients that the mototcycle was accident damage.He is n man with no integrity.More info to follow.
