Force client to buy their cars

Very bad experience, I bought a Ford Ranger 2018 last year during delivery there was a lot of things that were not true about the car . When I rejected the car they took it but refuse to cancel the contract.

How can you force the client to buy your product.. To me i won't recommend anyone to them through the experience i had with them .
