⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SPAR Brackendowns – More Than Just a Store ❤️ I shop at SPAR Brackengate every week, and over time, the team has become like family to me. What makes this store special is not only the quality of the service, but the genuine relationships they build with their customers. The professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness of the team to go the extra mile to assist customers is truly amazing. They know their customers personally, they recognise you, they remember you, and they make you feel valued every time you walk through the doors. A special mention also goes to **the team at the front of the store, as well as the wonderful team at the pharmacy next door. The same warmth, professionalism and commitment to customer service is evident throughout. It is refreshing to experience people who genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in serving their customers. Well done to the entire SPAR Brackengate team! Very disappointed
Staff is friendly store is clean but lets not talk about the food i purchased a pie from the deli twice and horrible is not the word it was always cold and soggy more flakes than actual flakes also purchased the chicken and mayo sandwich try that was also terrible under was burnt the chicken and was cold and looked old asked the lady how old it is she said its fresh and already heated

Horrible customer service from Ruth
Unpleasant experience with Ruth on the 24th of October- she has an attitude and she was very rude when assisting me. I normally do my grocery shopping here but today was definitely my last day there
