Brackenfell Storage unsafe

After being with Brackenfell storage for about 6 month they had always kept the key to my storage unit After some time I go to collect my belongings just to fine out they had let someone into my unit

This person stole my bed refrigerator cupboard microwave and so much more

I would never recommend Brackenfell Storage as a safe storage unit

There only excuse was we saw him before I didn't even get a call from them asking if I knew this person
