Mrs V. Jantjies at Brackenfell traffic department is the most unprofessional, bluntly rude and inhumane examiner! Mrs Jantjies failed me because my boot got stuck in the mat of the vehicle and when i asked her if i could put the car in neutral to get my boot out the mat and remove the mat she bluntly said no it's not her problem. After asking her thrice Jantjies said i have 20 minutes which i could let pass and fail or i can try and maneuver my foot to get it out. I explained if i tried to get my boot out the car would stoll and she rep**** "its not my problem, you said there are no obstructions by your feet when you did the inside inspection." i also told her i was since 10:30 driving the car without any problems. I then tried to move over the incline while my boot was stuck and then the car stolled, Jantjies said "that's unfortunate you failed" i explained to her and told her if she let me the fix I would not have failed then she started shouting and going on with me as if i was a naughty child! Jantjies said she's here to see if i can drive and i can't because you got your boot stuck in the mat. Jantjies singed my exam sheet asked me to sign which i refused and threw it at me with my photo. This is all strange because when i made my appointment for the second time the cashier went to Jantjies and told her to remember my name. No people skills at all! This behavior is unacceptable!! How many other's were me but stay silent about it? How many others wasted their money? This is why there are so many unlicensed drivers!
