Poor service and I'll treating the sick and vulnerable

I am at the clinic, have been waiting to get service since 8am. We have been basting in the sun, no shelter ,or chairs,no social distancing. Its now 11:52, a nurse by the name of Shirley came to address us patients and told we should be grateful they are even assisting us. People are being threatened,. The SA government is going its best to ensure people get the best health care but the employees are the problem. The elderly been should at, women standing in queues with children for longer than 4 hours. The service here is bad, people being neglected.
