Please assist

My daughter visited this clinic and was I'll treated and threatened. I called and she was crying they didn't want to help her.a nurse by the name of nhlanhla was very rude and the other one by the name patience was very bad and told her that she has her name,surname and address. She further said that how will you feel if something can happen to you on your way home.its not the first time people complain about this clinic. Please help.should anything happen to my daughter this people are responsible
