3 Excuses in 24 hours why order was delayed.

After Payment has been made then it starts, 1) oh must see if post office on strike 2) Stuck in Traffic in CBD 3) At Post office will send you tracking Number just now.

At this point no telephone calls were been answered they wouldn't answer my calls.

So i went to Bank, Reported Matter, Went to Saps, opened a case & sent everything to the Bank to investigate.

Midday the next day BraaiShop phones me and says why am i reporting them for *****. ( they never answered my calls or rep**** to any emails during the day and No Tracking Number)

Only After ***** Dept called them now they willing to send my order

Only after steps were taken they then went to the post office after FNB ***** Dept phoned them did they then send me tracking details. I asked but you said you sent yesterday you were at post office, Excuse 3) He had to sort out something outside post office and never sent it.

Only sent after Case of ***** was opened at SAPS and Reported to Bank

Will see if correct good arrive and update when received

If you want steps taken, then you need to open a case of Online ***** ******** at your SAPs and with a case number report it to the Bank.
