Christmas order still outstanding

<p>I found this wonderful online store a week before Christmas. Made a choice to use them and after a sale rep confirmed the payment that was the last time I heard of him. Never received a tracking number so after 3 days I started threatening as he doesn't get back to a person. When we opened the package it had 2 items short. So now we try get hold of him and no go. Its 18January and I have still not received the missing items. This is the poorest service I have ever had and I'm very upset as this place charged me R104 for 20 firelighters in a tin! I received 2 packs of firelighters that is priced at R20 in the shop!!! ******* and would never recommend their service.</p>
