Braaishop - Zero communication

Hi I ordered some braai spare parts on the 7 th May from Braaishop [ an internet site] I was told goods would leave on the next monday and I could trace progress on the internet. But I could not trace and despite numerous attempts to phone , nobody answered so I feared I had been ****med .........Braaishop has no physical address . In fact I lodged a case number at the police station.....but then goods did arrive by Postnet on the 29 th May . Had serious aggravation because of their lack of communication. Website looks professional but be warned ........communication is non existant ! I would certainly not order from them again!
