2 months and still waiting for my order

I placed an order of a few brewing items with braaishop on the 10/11/2015. 7 days later with no response I contacted braaishop for feedback, and on the 18/11/2015 I was sent an email stating the delay was due to a certain item out of stock at the supplier and was told it will arrive mid December, I agreed to wait for that item. On the 20/11/2015 I received a parcel with half the other items missing. I emailed and phoned and was told this was a packaging mistake. On the 24/11/2015 the other missing items were delivered. On the 8/12/2015 and again on the 21/12/2015 I sent emails enquiring the status of my remaining order to no avail. After emailing again on the 4/01/2016 I am still waiting for the out of stock Item to be delivered. I have been very patient to date, but I have now had enough. Deliver on your promises braaishop, or at least have the courtesy of letting your customers know what is going on with their orders.
