I have recently bought Cadac ceramic briquettes to the value of R1100 from the braaishop.com website. I've tried to make a payment on their website but wasn't able to and eventually sent them an e-mail. They responded quickly and sent an invoice. I made a payment immediately. Since then I've made numerous telephone calls to their shop with no avail. Eventually I got a number on one e-mail and after phoning got an answer from a person who told me that this braaishop is a **** and he receives 20 calls a day from people looking for their stuff... ! I do feel very annoyed that this website is still active on the internet and after googling it, it comes up first on the google search... Can someone please maybe help that got the same treatment ?
