Waiting forever for feedback and quotes

I have been waiting in excess of 1 month for just a quote for a custom stainless steel grid for my braai. Tjoppie has responded and would have sent a quote 2 weeks ago after i have reminded him twice. Cant believe in these though economical times people still does not want to do business.
