The Braai Shop

A friend from Australia ordered braai tongs costing R600.00 to be delivered to her in Benoni while she was in South Africa in August/September. Payment was made immediately but the braai tongs were never delivered. Since then, she has tried to contact the company telephonically and by email in order to organise a refund as she had to purchase the tongs elsewhere. They have never once answered the phone when she calls. She did receive one email reply on 7th November 2019 in which the writer said that he would follow up but, since then, complete silence. On 29th November, I sent another email with my contact details in South Africa but have also had no response.
