Surprisingly good service. Not a **** after all!

I ordered a Weber kettle braai from www.braaishop.com a week ago (before reading all the negative reviews on HP!). My Weber was delivered yesterday, exactly when they said they would and exactly what I ordered, no issues whatsoever. They also responded to my emails within reasonable time. So at least it seems like they might be turning a new leaf? I am deducting a star however for the fact that their call centre still doesn't work and for the three days of blind panic I had when I thought I had been ****med!
