Should have looked here before ordering

I have placed an order and confirmed it with the guy who answered the phone on ********** 901. Payment made and now no response. I have contacted Cobb to see if they can put pressure on him to send out my order as he now does not even answer the phone. Maybe I should go to the police and charge him with theft.
