<p>After placing an order with I read the reviews onn HelloPeter and was a little concerned as I had paid my money and received no response from the company. The phone number on the website didn't work. I tried posting on facebook but got no result from that either so I got hold of Weber themselves who helped and this morning I got an e-mail as follows:</p> <p> </p> <p>Braai-shop owned by new owner Mr K****tjo Consolate Gwangwa who is a customer of Weber.</p> <p>We had a meeting this morning and I also addressed your issue.</p> <p>He assured me that everything has been taken care of.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully K****tjo will now get his act in gear - not a very auspicious start though.</p>
