Paid but no items received!!

I've placed an order and paid on 30/07/2019 but have not received the item. After trying to contact them many times I was able to speak to Nico twice and he keeps on promising to sort it out but up to now no delivery or feedback. No response to emails??? Landline not working and cell number keeps on ringing and goes to voicemail which indicates that the voicemail box is full??? We URGENTLY need a refund or the item to be delivered to us ASAP!!!!
