NON-EXISTENT SERVICE!!!!

<p>I ordered 2xALVA lighters online as this is an "online shop" I followed the instuctions and was told to pay before they would dispatch the order. This was done on the 19th December 2016. I am yet to recieve anything. I have contacted the Rep K****tjo, on his cell number which he supp****. But he said that he actually could not get the stock I had paid for and would refund my money. Now he is totally unavailable and he has not paid back the money. The number on the website is totally useless as it is no longer available. Please DON'T give these people your hard earned money, as you will never get it back and you will never get your products ordered. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!</p>
