No delivery, no refund, ignoring client

Bought an item early September 2017. They were quick to take the payment and offer alternative payment due to their app payments not working.

Long story short, it's now 26 Novemeber 2017, they offered to refund a non-delivery after ignoring requests for weeks. Then the sales manager asked for details to do the refund ( ********** ). After which the mailbox miraculouly did not exist for a week.

Now the refusal of a refund continues.

Worst online **** "shop" ever.
