No Delivery / No feedback on order status
I placed an order on 20 August 2017 and sent the payment confirmation. After a complaint to Braaishop, I received a reply from them on 29 August 2017 to inform me that they received their stock on that day and will ship it on 31 August 2017. After two more enquiries, I am still waiting for a reply - they are simply ignoring my e-mails.
