Unhappy

I am extremely unhappy with their service.I paid a substantial amount for 4 items and about 10 days later was advised they were out of stock.I chose a refund so I could buy alternative presents for Christmas. I promptly provided bank details as requested but have to date not received a refund.All emails are answered by a generic reply and the so-called whatsapp line doesn't appear to exist.They may have a high volume of queries at the moment but we have to think about Christmas presents.
