Terrible customer service

Would definitely not recommend them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered and paid on 29 November with confirmation of shipping from 8 December. To date I have received no tracking number for my delivery and no feedback on any of my emails or WhatsApp queries. The number on their invoice never works.
