Terrible
Still haven’t received my knives and it’s now been 10 business days!! Emailed for a follow up and 3 days later and still haven’t received a reply!!

The delay was caused by unexpected manufacturing and logistical setbacks with the Hammer Forged Butcher Knife, especially with the personalised engraving. While that explains the holdup, it doesn’t excuse the lack of clear communication — and for that, I sincerely apologise.
We’re really grateful you stuck with us through the delay. The knife you ordered is a beautiful piece, and we hope it exceeds your expectations once it arrives.
